RFDS Adventures
A high-octane adventure series for children written in partnership with the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
The RFDS Adventures is a series of exciting stories set in remote parts of Australia. Each story features the activities of Australia’s Royal Flying Doctor Service.
These books are aimed at mid to upper primary level. Each book is a stand-alone story. They do not need to be read in any particular order.
The covers and internal illustrations are by Maria Pena.

George will be reunited and supported by emerging young local writers Joe Bosa and Jessi Hooper who will both be presenting their original works.

George's Presentation will conclude with an Author Appreciation Ceremony to pay homage to all our talented local authors this year who formed our "An Author for All Seasons" 2016 line-up.

DO YOU STILL WANT A BIT MORE? - NO WORRIES!

George Ivanoff and fellow Series Six authors will be selling their publications on the day to help you fill your Christmas stockings this year in a special Christmas book sale.


We will also finish up with an end of year celebration complete with our library president's famed 'Jingle All the Way' Christmas Fruit punch!
