From hard times growing up in 1950s Ceylon, Beverley Pinder OAM achieved her dreams and much, much more when she arrived in Australia as a shy 13-year-old: Photographer’s model, beauty queen, head of one of Melbourne’s most successful public relations firms, charity fundraiser, voice for the homeless, and City of Melbourne councillor.
